After I have finished writing this blog, it would be the first day of 2015. 🙂
So what had happened in the year of 2014? I lost Sunkiss in June unexpectedly. Like Miemi, he also taught me to live at every moment. I will not imagine myself riding a bicycle and carrying my beloved pets along, riding them to the beach and pitch a tent, spending time with my pets in the tent by the beach anymore… How unneccessary it seems to me now! I would just easily come home and spend time with them in my nice cozy home. No more bicycle, tent or by the beach. They will be erased from my mind and it will be my vehicle, home and an unobstructed scenery with all my cats. Past, present and future.
Sunkiss, a hyperactive cat with a baby’s body and a matured face is always in my heart and never once forgotten.

This photo was taken last December and the weather was cold. Sunkiss was sleeping. There was a pair of socks by his side, so I put it on for him pretending that it could keep him warm. How much I have missed and loved him!
Miemi! Mel and I had an adventure during Miemi’s first year anniversary. We were flying 孔明灯 and we were so frightened that the lantern would fly towards the flats and burn the estate down. 🙂
Piper had come to live a few days with us before she left. She was a brave and kind girl. If I see her again, she can be assured that she will have a forever home.
Another challenge was facing the stray dogs at Hougang. Snowy was killed. whenever I drive to the carpark, there will always be an image of her rushing towards to greet me. She never failed to be the first cat to come to me. That’s Snowy!

Snowy taught me to love the naughty ones.
Rescuing Yellow’s family.

They said that siblings will fight with one another when they grow up. However, the bond they have for one another still remains strong.
2015 now! I can see fireworks at JB from here. 🙂
The rescue of Sunshine and Blessed.

Sunshine is a star at Whampoa!

Blessed is the cats’ saviour in Hougang!
There are so much more to mention.
Overall, I had a meaningful 2014! There are still so much more to learn, so many to love and so many lives to save…
