I was so happy when the cat museum allowed four of my cats to be placed at the cat museum for adoption. However, it was not what it looks like…

I guess all my cats were so overly stressed at the cat museum that Gingie had fallen sick. I was told to send him to the vet. Since Gingie had been at the cat museum for nearly a week and I had no idea how his condition was like, I felt that I needed to bring him home to monitor him for a day before I can tell the vet what had happened to him.

However, the person in charge was not happy about the idea of me bringing Gingie home. She was expecting me to bring him back to the museum after I send him to the vet. But what do I say to the vet since I had no idea how Gingie’s condition was? Gingie had teary eyes and I strongly believe he has other problems too.

The PIC at the cat museum insisted that I brought him back and even threatened me by asking me to bring all my cats home if I refused to bring Gingie back. Her messages were so hurtful. I was utterly upset and spent the whole night thinking whether to carry on leaving them at the cat museum or to bring them home. I definitely can’t send Gingie back as he was down with fever and had eye infection. The PIC refused to take heed to my concern that Gingie’s sickness may spread to the other cats.

I decided to bring all my cats home with a heavy heart the next day. It was not that I was afraid that I was unable to find my cats a loving home.  It was because I knew that the connection between the cat museum and I will be strained. I need to make a choice and I choose to have my cats back.

Not only Gingie fell sick. Kelly and Debbie too. Debbie was limping whereas Kelly too had an eye infection. Bluz was so happy that he was back home.

Today, I managed to find my three kittens a loving home. The adopters are meshing up their windows and are also preparing the cats’ necessities.

Once they have gone to their new home next weekend, I will think of all ways to find Bluz a loving home.

It was silly of me worrying the connection between the cat museum and I.

I had come to realise that we all should learn to overcome mistakes by ourselves rather than escaping it and to rely on others.

I am no longer afraid to walk by myself again…

I saw three kittens and their mummy when I was feeding Handsome one night. And I was wondering where did all the cats come from. I thought it was only Handsome who is loitering around alone but no, there were four coming from no where.
I was rather concern when I saw them cos they were loitering in a school compound.
I have arranged an appointment on a Friday two weeks ago to sterilize the mummy. I remember the last time I fed her was on Wednesday, which was two days before the sterilisation date. Yes, it was the last time I saw her. I thought I could see her the next day, however, she did not appear. We missed the appointment.
A week later, I got the news from the staff who is working in the school that mummy met a car accident.
I felt rather frustrated at that point of time. I have no photo of her but memories of her in my head.
It will be dangerous for the three kittens to stay in school and usually schools will engage pest control to get rid of them. We decided to bring the kittens home and put them up for adoption.

The three kittens are ginger boy, calico girl and tabby girl. They all look beautiful.

They are taking antibiotics now for their diarrhea. Three of them have the same problem. Today is the fourth day of their medication and they are doing well. The three kittens and Bluz will be at the cat museum hopefully next week. I believe all of them will find their   forever loving home.

Ginby, the cutest cat in Jalan Tenteram has gone missing for two weeks. I really hope she was picked up by someone who really loves her.

image

Ginby is such a sweet and cute girl whom their so called adopter abandoned her after giving birth to her kittens. The family who adopted her has no remorse and they keep doing the same thing. The first thing i am going to do tomorrow is to contact AVA and TC.

Carl has been missing for three days and I am worried about him. I wish he can lead me the way to him and him to me.

image

The above picture is Carl. The boy with an injured leg.
There is another female cat with him. They are always together and I believe that they are siblings. I caught them grooming each other many times. These three days, I only saw the female cat whom I named her Moo.

Both cats are beautiful.
Carl disappearance upset me a lot.
Cats are missing and relocated everywhere.
I have checked with another feeder. She too did not see him for the past few days too.
Where could Carl have gone to?

Both Handsome and Lotti were sterilized by me some time ago. Handsome has been loitering around for quite some time in and out from the school. As long as i know, nobody seemed to care for him. He was skinny then.
I tried many times to find him and finally I got him and managed to feed him every day.

This is Handsome. Nickname is 猫山王!

Handsome was hiding under my vehicle. I usually feed him around 6 plus in the evening. Sometime when I was late for 2 hours, he would still wait for me. If I didn’t see him, I would wrap his food with aluminium foil and leave it at where I feed him. I don’t want him to go hungry all night. I clear his food the next day and every day.
Lotti is from Hougang. At first I didn’t dare to stroke him as he always starts a fight with other cats. Lotti is actually a gentle boy. Without much effort, he allowed me to stroke him:). I don’t get to see him every day but I would leave some dry food for him knowing that he would come.

Lotti. He looks like a tiger!

I am happy to see these two boys. I hope I save their lives by sterilizing them. I hope the authorities, the AVA would respect us as a caregiver, to have spent so much time, money and effort to take care of the community cats and not just trap them and cull them whether their ears are tipped or not.
The love we have for them cannot be ignored. However, our government cares less about how much we caregivers have done not to mention about the cats.
It is meaningless to be angry towards people who care less about the animals.
I hope that one day, just one day, every human being is able to see that not only human beings feel pain but animals feel pain too. Only if one can see that, otherwise, we will not be able to see anything at a higher level!
