Cats who teach me to fly…

Patrice was found at a multistorey car park and under the wheel of a BMW car. It was the exact lot where I feed one of the community cats. It was also my first time to rescue a cat immediately from such an unsafe place. I brought her home straight away. What other option do I have?

I kept her quarantined for two weeks. She was vaccinated and dewormed two days ago. I am supposed to bring her to the adoption drive tomorrow. However, a sincere adopter was interested in her. She agreed to all CWS terms, therefore, we felt that she is a suitable adopter.

This afternoon we brought Patrice to the adopter’s house with a heavy heart once again… Patrice is not sterilized yet and we have told her adopter that we will do a house visit again two weeks later after she had Patrice sterilized. Our intention is to stop unnecessary breeding and save more lives.
Once again, when I got back home, I miss Patrice’s presence…

I look forward to see Patrice again…
