Bally is estimated to be two weeks old. When I picked her at Far East Flora, Thomson, she was only a few days old. Her eyes were closed then.
I was marketing for fresh flowers when I heard loud meowing sound coming from nowhere. Immediately I recognized that it was a kitten. I stopped what I was doing at that time and followed the sound of the kitten.
She was left alone in a big empty carton box without her mother and siblings. She was so tiny.. I rushed to the cashier counter and checked with the staff if they had any idea about the kitten.
I was told that the kitten had fell from the roof top and her sibling was bitten to death by her mother. Well, I don’t really believe it. I would prefer to keep an open mind.
I looked around for her mother and obviously she was nowhere to be found.
The shop was closing soon and I can’t leave the kitten alone. She was so small and could have died if her mother did not come back for her.
Without hesitation, I brought her with me and we named her Bally.
Bally needs to be bottle fed. Penny, one of the rescuer taught me how to bottle feed her. How to stimulate her to pee and poop. I have learnt so much on how to nurse a newborn kitten.
Bally is getting stronger each and everyday.
I am going to watch her grow. She is a tabby. Miemi was a tabby white too. So do Cashie, Monnie, Shunshun and Sunshine. I love tabbies…
