Three weeks ago, Mel and I brought Cashie and Monnie to East Coast to pitch tent. Mel suggested that we barberque for breakfast, so we prepared lots of food on the previous day for the camping.
Happily we brought Cashie and Monnie with their trolley and told Miemi to come along. We carried our tent, mats, food, ipad, instant barberque pit and all the necessities.
We drove to East Coast car park F which was far away from getting food. It was very windy that day. We took about 20 mins to pitch the tent. We threw all our stuff into the tent, including Cashie and Monnie and the trolley.
So everything has settled down. It was time to barberque as Mel was so hungry. Mel tried to start up the fire but could not so I helped to start up. I started up the fire but it only burnt the paper but not the charcoal. We followed the instructions very closely, however, we still could not get the fire started up. There were no hawker centre or restaurant near by and I had to drive out to buy breakfast and it was almost 11am at that time. So I drove to the nearest restaurant and got ourselves Burger King breakfast.
These were the breakfast we had.
Look at Cashie and Monnie. We were afraid that they may go missing so we used harness. Monnie was afraid to leave the tent but Cashie loved to just walk a little. Most of the time they hided in the tent. We brought their favourite food but they were not eating at all. They were so fearful but I can see that they still feel safe in the tent.
This is how our tent look like.
