Cats who teach me to fly…

I bought a dvd from E.excel(the brand of  the health products which I have been taking). The dvd is about  the importance of non-contaminated food. The speech was given by the founder herself. She is the best I should say. All her products were tested against more than over 2000 types of poison. I have gained knowledge after watching it. The normal ginseng that we see in the shop or anywhere are preserved using pesticide! I can’t believe it. Even the normal toothpaste that we use everyday contains a kind of chemical name Triclosan which is an antibacterial agent. The chemical becomes a pesticide when in contact with tap water. I have stopped using toothpaste which are sold on the shelf. Many other daily food and products that we often use contain harmful substances and chemical. It is not going to end if I keep talking about it. No wonder so many people nowadays have contacted cancer!

Went to Chinatown and bought the things that I wanted to buy. It was awfully crowded. Nevertheless, I managed to take some photos. However, I don’t know what’s wrong with my Windows Media. I couldn’t open the photos that I have taken. Will try tomorrow again. I bought my favourite pineapple tart from Don, China Square. Every year I would buy only pineapple tarts for myself. That’s my favourite Chinese New Year snack. During Chinese New Year, it is all about food and during this period of time, many people tend to fall sick because the food are heaty and harmful to our body. However, many still eat without caring much. For me, I try to limit myself but most of the time, I just can’t control myself :).

I have a volunteer session with the nature tomorrow morning. Got to wake up really early tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be a wonderful day.
